Plot
Philip is a registered dentist who is also a rapist. He has an evil hobby of conquering all female in uniforms, such as girl guides, and then killing all of those who resist him. One day he attempts to #@?! Jenny. When she resists, he kills her and frames Peter. Police officer Po Wan becomes suspicious and tracks Philip in hopes of catching him in the act.
